Hanoli Cakes is entirely owned by Monica Mena of Richmond Hill, New York. Monica has a previous background in Media Marketing. Her passion and love of baking began as a hobby when she was inspired to bake cakes and cupcakes for her daughter’s birthday parties.

She started Hanoli Cakes in the kitchen of the home she shares with her husband and two daughters, baking one or two cakes a week mainly for friends and family to start.

What started as a hobby has now turned into a successful business, which Monica as owner and head baker continues to grow by providing high quality products and maintaining a working and profitable business.
